We need ideas and people who are willing to manage

This is an amazing time to live in. We are able to witness significant changes like rapid technology advancement and social transformation.  Even though, in my opinion, every generation is a witness of something big, these generations – us, have the opportunity to see and do a lot more.

It’s the time when paper newspapers are becoming digital, books are moving to an electronic platform, internet is going mainstream (as media, communication and business platform), education is about to undergo major changes, the opportunities of global advancemet are greater then ever.

The same way kindle and Apple iPad are making an effect on and changing the world, micro business strategies along with open-source architecture, internet marketing and many more can, and will be, responsible for social and economic development, and sustainability. Not only in big cities and leading countries, but anywhere in the world. The progress is even more important for countries in transition, for people who will be able to change their social status and live a more quality life.

Imagine the world ahead of us; not tomorrow but 10, 20 or 30 years in advance. Today we have the opportunity to minimize big social differencies, maximize innovation and impact positive changes. Don’t expect politicians to change the world, or the conditions you live in. We need more ideas and more managers, people who are willing to be the “connection point” between the creators and the people who need help (or that strive to get better), the ones that come up with brilliant projects, the ones that will be the recruiters of human help or financial support, guides, decision makers.

Micro businesses have caused big economic growths in some parts of Europe and the same can be (and is being) done for other areas. But, economic growth and decetralization don’t have a single meaning to it; it will improve education, change social mobility, add to the process of globalisation, etc.

(watch this interesting 3 minute video to get a clearer picture about this idea)

I’m not writing this only in support of micro business strategies, but to encourage you to come up with even better ideas and not to be affraid to create bold projects. The world needs you.
